We'll send over tracking code installation instructions via slack and email. If you are having trouble, please share access to your website and we'll install the tags for you. Instructions are different depending on where your website is hosted. Below are general instructions for common platforms:

Use a tool like Whois Lookup to find your website provider. Step #2: Share access with [email protected]

Sharing Access on Shopify
In order to access your shopify page, we'll need your 1. shopify URL and 2. collaborator request code. Please share these with [email protected] via email.
How to Find Your Shopify Store URL
Log into Shopify: Go to shopify.com and log into your account.
Click settings in the bottom left hand corner
Click domains
Locate shopify URL Your store URL will be displayed. It typically looks like: [storename].myshopify.com
Copy the URL: Highlight and copy the full URL to share it with me.

How to Find Your Collaborator Request Code
Access Settings: In the Shopify Admin Dashboard, click on Settings (usually located at the bottom-left corner of the screen).
Go to Users and Permissions: In the Settings menu, click on Users and permissions.
Locate Collaborator Settings: Scroll down to the Collaborators section. Here, you’ll see the Collaborator Request Code if your store requires one.
Share the Code: Copy the Collaborator Request Code and share it with me along with your store URL in an email to [email protected]. As soon as we have your shopify and collaborator request code via email to [email protected].
We'll complete the following from our shopify partner dashboard. Steps:
From your Partner Dashboard, click Stores.
Click Add store > Request access to store.
Enter the URL of the Shopify store that you want to access.
If the Shopify store requires a collaborator request code, then enter the code.
In the Permissions section, select the sections of the store that you want to access. The account owner can change these permissions after your account is created.
If you want to include a message to the store owner in your request, then enter a message in the Add a message section.
Click Request access to store.
After you submit a request, the store owner receives an email about the request, and a notification on their Shopify Home.
