TXT record
Google requires us to install a TXT record in your DNS settings if you'd like to record calls inside your Google Ads account. If not, please discregard these steps.
Step 1: Request your TXT verification record
Send an email to [email protected] to request your TXT verification record. Upon receiving the record, please continue to step 2.
Step 2: Log in to Your DNS Provider
Go to your domain registrar or hosting provider’s website where your DNS records are managed. Some common providers include:
GoDaddy (https://www.godaddy.com)
Cloudflare (https://www.cloudflare.com)
Google Domains (https://domains.google)
Namecheap (https://www.namecheap.com)
Bluehost (https://www.bluehost.com)
SiteGround (https://www.siteground.com)
If you’re unsure where your domain’s DNS is managed, use a tool like DNS checker to find out.
Step 3: Navigate to DNS Settings
Log in to your domain registrar or DNS hosting provider.
Locate the DNS Management, DNS Settings, or Zone Editor section.
Look for an option to Add a New Record or Manage Records.
Step 4: Add a New TXT Record

Select "TXT" as the record type.
Enter the following details:
Host/Name: Use the required value, such as:

Value: Paste the google site verification record here
Paste the TXT verification record shared from earlier.
Step 6: Save the Record
Click Save, Apply, or Add Record (depending on your provider).
The TXT record is now added to your domain’s DNS settings.
Step 7: Notify us and wait for DNS propagation
Send us an email at [email protected]
DNS changes can take anywhere from a few minutes to 24 hours to fully propagate.
